This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Nokha P.S. Case No. 102 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of accusation, I am not inclined to grant the petitioners, above named, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42650 of 2016 (5) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 privilege of anticipatory bail.

This application is, accordingly, rejected.

The petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If they do so, their application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned court below on its own merit, without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
