JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 22-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in Kawakole P.S. Case No. 129 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 302,504,34 of the IPC.

There is specific allegation against this petitioner in the written report of causing death of the husband of the informant by crushing with tractor. Post-mortem report is available in the case diary, wherein, doctor has stated that death was caused by shock and hemorrhage, due to heavy hard and blunt substance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the occurrence has taken place on 31.07.2017, and FIR has been lodged on 01.08.2017.

Keeping in view, that there is direct allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6686 of 2018(4) dt.22-03-2018 2/2 against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition stands rejected.
