Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 256 of 2019 & S.T. No. 28 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 302 of the I.P.C. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months. Permission is granted.
