The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or an appropriate writ, order or directions for quashing the Memo No. 1829 Muz. dated 7.8.14 issued under the signature of the Civil Surgeon-Cum-Chief Medical Officer, Muzaffarpur Respondent No.4 as contained in Annexure-8 whereby and whereunder he has not considered the claim of petitioner for the post of A.N.M. in the Sadar Hospital Muzaffarpur or any other Hospital in the light of order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4040 of 2009 dated 18.7.2011 as contained in Annexure-10 and for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that a legal notice/representation qua the petitioner herein, which is annexed as Annexure-9 to the present writ petition shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of four weeks from today. It is directed, accordingly.
