The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the instant case total 15.120 liters liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner next contended that seizure list was not prepared in accordance with mandatory requirements of provision Section 100 Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2019.
