The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 08 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 379 of IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that petitioner is not named in the FIR and nothing was recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2020.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the FIR and he remained in custody since 27.02.2020, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24824 of 2020(2) dt.24-09-2020 2/2 Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner on deposit of Rs. 25,000/- cash.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.08 of 2020, subject to deposit of Rs. 25,000/- Cash.

The deposit of Rs.25,000/- Cash shall abide by the final outcome of the present Criminal Case.
