2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 66(c)/66(d) of the Information Technology Act.
3. As per the prosecution story, petitioner is alleged to have created fake social media accounts to defame informant's daughter and her family with intention of breaking her marriage.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is distantly related with the informant and the informant wanted to marry his daughter with the petitioner and when the petitioner refused, this false and fabricated case has

It is next submitted the marriage of the daughter of the informant has already been solemnized with the person with whom the informant had settled his daughter's marriage. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of learned counsel for the parties and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Tiyar P.S. Case No. 01 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.
