JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-08-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 59 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsels appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Specific allegation is against co-accused persons. Named accused has been granted bail by this court vide order dated 11.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29735 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender
