The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jamhore P.S. Case No.

of 2017, registered under Sections 323,341,447,354,379,504 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner entered into his house while his wife was changing her clothes and touched her body in order to outrage her modesty and on raising alarm the petitioner fled away after snatching her ring and necklace from her possession.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the occurrence took place on 03.12.2017 and the husband of the victim lady was also present in the house but the FIR was lodged on 06.12.2017. The petitioner is neighbour and co-villager of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5074 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 informant; on account of petty village dispute this case has been lodged against the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 119 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) khushbu/- U T
