Considering the fact that Mr. P.K. Verma, learned
Patna High Court CWJC No.70 of 2016 (4) dt.23-02-2016 2/2 Senior Counsel, appearing on behalf of respondent No.4, namely, Veer Kunwar Singh University, submits that as far as respondent No.4, namely, Veer Kunwar Singh University, is concerned, it would not make any order transferring any Teacher from any of its affiliated or constituent college without the recommendation of the Transfer Committee, constituted in terms of the direction issued by respondent No.3, namely, the Chancellor, Universities of Bihar, Raj Bhawan, Patna, under the order, dated 25.07.2008, bearing Memo No.B.S.U.- 13/2007/GS(1), we see no reason to continue to proceed with this writ petition, made under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, in the form of Public Interest Litigation, and, therefore, we close these proceedings with leave to the petitioner to bring to the notice of this Court any violation of this undertaking if such violation takes place in future.
