That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing the order of the Rail S.P. Katihar contained in Memo No. 1673 dated 28.07.2011, whereby the petitioner constable No. 393 has been awarded punishment of one black mark which will be equal to withholding increment of six months without cumulative effect in

Patna High Court CWJC No.23835 of 2013(2) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 departmental proceeding No.15/11 i.e. Annexure and further for quashing Memo No.75/2/2M-26-11 dated 04.06.012 issued by the D.I.G.

Rail Bihar Patna whereby the appeal of the petitioner has been rejected i.e. Annexure and for further direction to the respondents to grant the petitioner all consequential benefits."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
