JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after 11/2 months of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general against entire in-laws family including the petitioner. The victim died due to accidental injuries. The petitioner claims to be separate from the husband of the informant and similarly situated accused Nirmal Kumar and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56193 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 others have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 47615 of 2015. It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the daughter of the informant was killed within 11/2 months of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the marriage and the accusation is against entire in-laws family members including the petitioner. Considering the fact that similarly situated accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail and petitioner being a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Munger in connection with Sangrampur P.S.
