JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that petitioner was made accused in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 34 of 2013 in which he was apprehended and confessed his guilt disclosing his involvement in the present case but admittedly, nothing has been recovered of the present case from conscious possession of the petitioner nor petitioner was put on test identification parade as yet. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Case No. 41 of 2013.
