2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jale @ Jalley P.S. Case No. 18 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 325, 354, 308, 379, 504/34 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Darbhanga.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioners surrender before the learned

No.27648 of 2023(4) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that there is compromise between the parties.
