2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

This writ application has been filed for issuance of an appropriate writ of mandamus for directing the respondent authorities to allot/transfer the petitioner to a district as per the preference given by the petitioner in her application form dated 09/12/24 (Annexure-P/6) corrected by the application dated 06.09.2025 (Annexure-P/8) as well as her for addressing the grievance raised by the petitioner by Grievance No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6035 of 2026(2) dt.12-05-2026 2/3 2509029617 dated 02/09/24 (Annexure-P/7) in light of the resolution of the State Government contained in Memo No. 1729 dated 07/10/2024.

4. Admittedly, the matter relates to inter-district transfer.

After advancing some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for claiming the aforesaid relief, the petitioner has already filed an online complaint/grievance on 02.09.2025 (Annexure-P/7) under the grievance section of eShikshakosh Portal and the same is pending consideration before the Committee headed by the Secretary, Education Department. He, therefore, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued to the Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 2) as well as to the Director, Primary Education, Education Department, Bihar, Patna and Director, Secondary Education, Education Department, Bihar, Patna to consider the grievance of the petitioner and to dispose of the pending complaint/grievance of the petitioner within a fixed time frame, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

6. To the aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the

Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 (which comprises the committee) to dispose of the pending complaint/grievance of the petitioner made vide Annexure-P/7 within a period of one month from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order by the petitioner, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

8. It is made clear that in case, the petitioner is found entitled to the relief, which the petitioner is claiming, the same should be extended to the petitioner within a further period of one month from the date of disposal of the complaint/grievance dated 02.09.2025.

9. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of. All pending interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also be deemed to have been disposed of.
