The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per First Information Report the informant has purchased the land and was cultivating. Allegation has been made against the petitioners that they along with unknown persons harvested the standing crop and left there with an intention to carry the same.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a Title Suit No.1083 of 2017 is pending between the parties.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19030 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Ashok Kumar Rai, Sanjay Kumar Singh and Vijay Bahadur Singh, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Sasaram in connection with Kargahar (Sidhi) P.S.
