JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-01-2015 The last ditch effort by the State to deny the fruits of judgment of this Court to the petitioner, having failed by their Letters Patent Appeal being dismissed summarily, learned counsel for the State files a show cause on behalf of opposite party no.3, the Director, Secondary Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna stating that he has on 13.01.2015 issued directions, inter alia, to the District Education Officer, Bhojpur/Patna, Treasury Officer, Bhojpur, related Sub-Treasury Officer and the petitioner, who is the widow of late Arun Kumar Tiwari, who was entitled to this payment. It is stated on behalf of the Director that all the dues and entire payment would be calculated and paid over to the petitioner within three weeks from today.
