JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-10-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kudhani (Fakuli O.P.) P.S. Case No. 262 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 353 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court vide order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42359 of 2017. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
