2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. No. 2 which was granted by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-XI, Vaishali vide order dated 15.11.2021 in B.P. No. 1857 of 2021, arising out of Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial.
