JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 25-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 324 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that there is allegation of assault upon the informant by axe(Kulhari) upon his ribs against co-accused Om Prakash alias Vikky, however, the injury report does not show any injury by sharp cutting weapon rather only lacerated wounds are there and all the injuries are said to be simple in nature. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioner, namely, Surendra Prasad, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Ekangarsarai
