2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner, along with co-accused Prashant Kumar, is alleged to have brutally assaulted brother of informant by means of iron rod as a result of which, he sustained multiple injuries. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.
