Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1011 of 2017, Tr. No.2250 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act. Case is under Section 498(A) of the IPC with allegation of demand of Rs.50,000/- and colour T.V. and one motorcycle. Heard learned A.P.P. and perused the record, from which it appears that notice was issued to O.P. no.2 but the service report is still not available .
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, so far petitioner no.3, above named, is concerned, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below on 7.11.2019 and on his appearance, his provisional bail granted by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 22.4.2019 shall be extended for a period of six months and during that period, the learned court below shall take steps for notice to the complainant and on appearance of the complainant, he will try for reconciliation between the parties and he will watch conduct of both the parties and considering the same he will pass order confirming the bail bond of the petitioner or pass any other order , which he deems fit and proper.
So far petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are concerned, they are father-in-law and mother-in-law and on appearance their provisional bail, vide order dated 22.4.2019, shall be confirmed.
