The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of informant for the purpose of marriage. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has stated that she is in love with this petitioner and had gone with him out of her own sweet will. It is further submitted that subsequently, an application has been filed by the informant in the court of J.M. 1st Class Lakhisarai (Annexure - 2) stating therein that nobody has kidnapped his daughter. His daughter had gone to the house of her Mausi and solemnized marriage there out of her own sweet will and now, she is leading a conjugal life. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

No.27136 of 2022(3) dt.24-11-2022 2/2 In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 116 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
