Learned counsel for the opposite parties is present and submits that in view of the order of this Court a policy decision has already been taken on 16.11.2013 for making payment of arrears of salary and the directions have been given to the concerned Executive Engineer for sending the proposal of all admissible payment to the petitioner and others. He has further submitted that the process was also to be completed soon. Having regard to the aforementioned stand this Court would only direct that if the consequential action as per the aforementioned policy decision has not been taken as yet, the

Patna High Court MJC No.6048 of 2013 (2) dt.16-02-2015 same must be taken within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order and if the petitioner is found entitled to any payment that, if not paid by-now, must be paid to him within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforementioned direction, this contempt application is disposed of.
