JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-09-2020 The present petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Bahera P.S. Case No. 133 of 2014, dated 17.04.2014, which has been registered for the offences under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh, learned APP has pointed out that this is a case of the year 2014 and in all its probability, the investigation of this case must have been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42684 of 2016(2) dt.18-09-2020 2/2 completed by now.

However, if the investigation is still pending, it ought to be concluded within a period of three months from today. This order shall be implemented only if the investigation has remained pending.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the application stands disposed off.
