In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 739 of 2016, registered for the offence under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that the petitioner has taken money from the complainant on the assurance to have an employment in the C.R.P.F., but neither the money was returned nor her son was appointed. It has come during investigation that the petitioner has not only cheated the complainant but he has

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrender before the Court below within three weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order without being influenced by the order of this Court.
