JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code, 47(a), 48 of the Excise Act and Sections 2(e), 3/5(B) of The Bihar Excise (Mahua Flowers) Rules, 2006.

From the house of the petitioners, mahua liquor and fragmented mahua were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that recovery was made from the joint family house and other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 49936 of 2015.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56090 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 164 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
