Petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 797 of 2018 for the offence under sections 399, 402, 412, 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that allegedly four live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than four months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
