2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(9), 26, 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with one other F.I.R. named accused person caused firing with illegal arms in the marriage ceremony of the daughter of one Ramdhani Singh.
