Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1205 of 2020 arising out of Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 397 of 2020 registered under Section 414/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 3098 of 2021 on 15.03.2021 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further he submits that the charge has already been framed, as detailed in Annexure-3 to the bail application.

Case No. 397 of 2020.
