2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 285/2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 64/140(3)/140(4)/351(3) of the BNS.

3. The prosecution case in brief is that this petitioner on the point of pistol forcibly got the informant seated in Scorpio vehicle and took her to Jehanabad where he established physical relationship with her and also made video-clip of it. It is further alleged that on the basis of that video-clip, he used to assault and threatened her. The petitioner always used to torture her and her family members.

4. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 180 of the BNS has supported the prosecution case.

5. Considering the aforesaid and the statement of victim recorded under Section 180 of the BNS, this application is dismissed.
