Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, some unknown miscreants took away a number of articles from the house of the informant including ornaments and jewelley worth Rs. 25,00,000/-.

It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R, his name has been surfaced during the course of investigation on the confessional statement of co-accused Ranjeet Sah after six months of the alleged occurrence. No

Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Mufassil (Singhauli) P.S. case no 113 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
