This an application on behalf of the petitioner to ensure that the legal rights of the innocent are upheld by conducting fair, proper and impartial investigation/inquiry by a neutral/independent agency in Parihar P.S. Case No.- 304/2024 instituted on 05.10.2024 for the offences under section Sections 191(1), 121(1), 121(2), 132, 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.695 of 2025(2) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 Sanhita, 2023 wherein and whereunder the Petitioner and her entire family members have been made accused by the police personnel of Parihar P.S. & Sursand P.S. for the reasons stated hereinafter and for any other relief/s for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to represent himself before the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi with his grievances along with a representation for redressal of his grievances.

4. If any such representation is filed, the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi will examine the same and if he finds substance in the representation of the petitioner then he may proceed in accordance with law.

5. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
