That this writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents State Selection Commission to recommend the names of petitioners for appointment and also issue appointment letters for the post of Secretariat Assistant or any suitable category for which the petitioners are found entitled to as per their performance in combined Graduate Legal

Patna High Court CWJC No.22662 of 2013(2) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 Examination, 2010 since the candidates obtained lesser marks than petitioners have been recommended for appointment and include in the list of allotment of Seat. And further for any other appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) as your Lordships may deem fit and proper."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the RespondentBihar State Selection Commission has submitted that the selection process has already been concluded long back and the appointments have also been made in the year, 2013-14. It is also submitted that the petitioners had failed to qualify in the examination held in the year, 2011. Lastly, it is submitted that no candidate having lesser marks than the petitioners have been recommended for appointment.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition, hence, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
