2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 17.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.41605 of 2021.

3. The trial court report indicates that charge has already been framed and out of six charge-sheeted witnesses, three witnesses have already been examined. Petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 10.02.2021.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions
