Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36544 of 2021(3) dt.06-04-2022 2/2 petitioner that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he had no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the deceased and her husband. The accusation of demand of dowry is general and omnibus allegation all the accused persons including the petitioner. Moreover, the husband of the deceased has already in jail since 22.03.2022. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 137 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
