2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kaler P.S Case No. 137 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126, 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per prosecution case, petitioner along with co-accused have assaulted the petitioner and his family members.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that injuries received by the Suman and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27529 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 informant are simple in nature and caused by hard and blunt substance. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 16.12.2024.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injuries sustained by the victim and nature of weapons used in the incident, materials on record and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Arwal in connection with Kaler P.S Case No. 137 of 2024.
