JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

According to F.I.R.

the petitioner is conspirator of the occurrence of assault committed by other accused persons, which resulted in death.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner and the fact that she is a female, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
