Let the defect(s) be removed within four weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Sessions Trial No.211 of 2021 arising out of Sahar P.S. Case no.70 of 2019 instituted under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation in the FIR, the informant has alleged that her daughter Rekha was married to the petitioner herein but she was always tortured for the dowry and on the fateful day, they got information that her daughter has been killed.

The matter is of 2019 and the petitioner came into

No.27118 of 2022(2) dt.22-08-2022 2/2 judicial custody on 28.06.2021 despite the fact that he being the husband had complete knowledge of the alleged death of his wife as also the case registered against him. Taking into account the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner and the bail application is accordingly rejected.
