The application is for grant of anticipatory bail for the offence under Section 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 151, 153, (a), 153 (B), 295, 353, 308 of the IPC and Section 3⁄4 of the Bihar Laud Speaker Act.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that a large number of accused persons including the petitioner chanted religious slogans to create communal hatred but the police personnel controlled them. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed

Having heard both sides. In view of the fact that nothing specific has been alleged against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, District -Rohtas in connection with Dehri (Town) P.S.Case No.444 of 2016 , subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with condition that he will co-operate during the course of investigation of the case.
