JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-02-2025 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to raise their grievances before trial court at the time of final hearing particularly with regard to the grounds mentioned in the paragraph nos. 7 to 10 of the petition.
