2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 12 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025 registered for the offence punishable under section 65(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is a 22 year old person and admittedly, the so-called victim, who herself lodged the FIR, was 19 year old at the time of institution of the FIR and she made the allegation in her FIR that on the pretext of marriage, the petitioner established sexual relationship with her but the said allegation is not believable as the said victim was admittedly a major girl during the relevant period. No.25186 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 submitted that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 19.01.2025, having fair and clean antecedent and in between the petitioner and the informant, there was love affair and the informant lodged her FIR with an intention to create pressure upon the petitioner.
4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly the petitioner's young age, his custody period and completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Chanan P.S.
