The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Akilpur P.S. Case No. 25 2022 registered under Sections 376(AB) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act lodged on 18.04.2022 by the informant, Reena Devi.

The allegation against the petitioner is to have caused aggravated penetrative sexual assault on four months old girl child.

Considering the grave allegation that has come against the petitioner of having raped a four months infant, no relief can be granted to him.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27419 of 2023(4) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected.
