2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ara Krishnagarh P. S. Case No. 129/2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 109, 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the F.I.R., this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons assaulted informant and her family members as a result of which husband of the informant sustained grievous injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R., eight named accused persons assaulted informant and her family members. Allegation of assault is general and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25506 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 omnibus. There is no specific allegation of overt act against the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2025.
5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Krishnagarh P.
