The petitioner is the husband who is being sought to be prosecuted upon a complaint filed by the estranged wife, inter alia, under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The marriage had taken place more than 10 years back and since then they have been living together.

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 01st Class, Begusarai in Complaint Case No 1867C of 2013 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
