The petitioner seeks bail in Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 24/2019, instituted for offences under Section(s) 420, 120B, 407, 468, 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that on getting secret information, raiding party consisting J.E., Electricity Department Fulwaria and Uchchkagaon P.S. caught the petitioner red-handed while he was collecting money from the villagers showing false electric bill, on account of which NBPDCL suffered loss of Rs. 1 lac approximately. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26575 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 fake allegation has been levelled against the petitioner. There is no any complaint made by the villagers that they have been cheated by the petitioner.
Petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2019.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 13th, Gopalganj, in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 24/2019, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
