The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rani Talab P.S.Case No.145 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354(B),34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against one Siddheshwar Yadav is of dragging the informant by catching her hand and when she protested, the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant and her son causing injury .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case and both sides have received injuries which are simple in nature and the same will appear

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shree P.K. Malviya, J.M. 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Rani Talab P.S.Case No.145 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
