Learned Counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 304, 324, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant by means of lathi, danda and axe, due to which he sustained injuries on his head and when the family members and the father of the informant came to save him, the accused persons also assaulted them by means of lathi, danda, axe, due to which family members and father of the

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. General and omnibus allegation has been made. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the complaint case/F.I.R. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Munger in connection with Sangrampur (Tetia Bamber) P.S. case No.139 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
