JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being father of the husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A,307,341,342,323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons tried to cause burn injury but actually no injury was caused.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner in 72 years old and thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant. It is further submitted that the husband of the informant has filed Matrimonial Suit No. 66 of 2015 for restitution of conjugal rights.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56170 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Saharsa, in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No.314 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
