ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No.225 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of Prevention of Damages to Public Property Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn my attention to Annexure 2, which is an order passed granting anticipatory bail to other similarly situated persons.

Considering the nature of allegations and that the petitioner is a lady, let the petitioner, above named, in the

No.16808 of 2018 (2) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 3rd, Khagaria, in connection with Beldaur P.S.
